What is The Hypnotherapy Process Like?
The hypnotherapy process happens in a very relaxing setting where one feels completely safe and secure. A Hypnotherapist’s job is to facilitate this peaceful process to the client’s highest benefit. Each session will bring one to the root of all emotional & mental blocks, which is then released using various techniques while the client is directly focused on them within the subconscious mind. The results are apparent to the client immediately and can reinforce the effects by following up with conscious releasing, as well as shortened DSR (Direct Subconscious Releasing) recordings.
Step 1 - Identify the challenge or limitation.
This step is fairly simple, and is often deduced to an emotion or thought that comes up, which keeps you from your desired outcome, whether it is making more sales, speaking up and saying no when you need to in your business, or leading a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Step 2 - Recognize the deeper motivation.
Underneath all emotion is a deeper driver, implanted by our ego. Every negative emotion or thought appears when we feel we lack either control, approval, or safety. During every DSR session, we help you connect the dots between your surface challenge, and your deeper motivation.
Step 3 - Release the deeper motivation.
Once you release on the deeper motivation, and provide yourself with the control, approval, or safety you truly desire, the surface challenge disappears (because that was never the real issue in the first place).
Step 4 - Neutralize any resistance around shifting into new state of being.
Anytime a new belief is introduced, the old ego based self will resist the initial transformation. This is where we empower you to shift from the old self to the new self over and over, to close the gap between the two and help you normalize into the new self with your new belief system.
Step 5 - Affirm state of being.
Now as the new self, we simply reinforce the new self with affirmations aligned with the new belief you created for yourself.
I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist that focuses on altered states of awareness, perception and consciousness.
