What is Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy/ hypnosis is a therapy used to treat various ailments, conditions, and complaints and has helped countless of people with many different issues such as high anxiety, OCD’s, depression, childhood trauma.
Hypnosis is a powerful modality that bypasses the conscious mind and helps access the subconscious mind so that one is able to go back to the memories that have everything to do with the issues that one is experiencing in the present.
When we are able to access the subconscious, we can then start neutralizing all the feelings and emotions associated with a specific, painful memory so that such a problem/ trauma doesn’t have any power over us anymore.

All of the information about your life went into your subconscious mind, the so-called ‘library of memories’. This library contains all of the things that you have ever experienced, thought, felt, or heard.
This became the foundation of who you and what you believe yourself to be today. Through hypnosis, you are able to effortlessly bypass the critical factor of your conscious mind. You can also very efficiently go about making changes that are to your benefit. When guided by a hypnotherapist you can bypass the belief that you lack strength or confidence.
The release work that hypnosis uses can be used to quickly remove such limiting beliefs that can then be replaced with dynamic, empowering suggestions that propel you forward. Unlike any other therapy, hypnosis addresses the problem in the subconscious mind so that it treats the root issue and not just the symptoms. This brings healing and well being on every level.
